Help Shape The Future of Facebook

The Future of Facebook is an upcoming video series that will discuss the challenges and opportunities for Facebook.

The topics this video series will discuss include: our society, technology, environment, economics, and politics. Each of these topics will be covered in interviews with industry experts and thought leaders including Om Malik (Of gigaom), David Kirkpatrick and Richard MacManus (Of Read write web), several other experts, and even you.

Everyone has a  chance to participate in this project by adding your vision to The Future of Facebook topic page over at Quora, where they’ve posted the same questions they asked all interviewees. Those with the “most insightful and provocative answers” will be invited for an interview that will be considered for inclusion in one of the final videos.

If you’re not contributing brain-wise, you can do so by pledging some cash in exchange for some recognition.  The project is looking for additional funding via Kickstarter to cover production costs. By pledging $50 or more, you can appear in the credits of all 6 videos.

This project seems very cool and it will be interesting to see the video series once it launches!
